Observation
In 2010 will have lasted seven years since 2003 by when some gravitational wave passage should have been observed. But, luckily, according to last Nature’s issue we can build large linear accelerators using method of fast accelerating electrons in laser-plasma field instead of laser interferometer antenna. The electrons may achieve energy of several GeV, and in near future of tens of GeV at the distance of a few centimeters. Thus, having such a device of two kilometers we will probable be able to achieve the electrons energy of tens hundred TeV ten times as many as in CERN at present. But, after positive reconsidering of the SSC project maybe we will be able to build in twent years accelerators of energy of tens PeV. Then it would be possible to observe directly the effects of little GUT (the strong and electro-weak interaction mixing) and first effects of quantum gravity, caught by statistics. Money for this project should be collecting for many years.

The author writes in this potentially interesting observation:

“Thus, having such a device of two kilometers we will probable be able to achieve the electrons energy of tens hundred TeV ten times as many as in CERN at present. But, after positive reconsidering of the SSC project maybe we will be able to build in twent years accelerators of energy of tens PeV. Then it would be possible to observe directly the effects of little GUT (the strong and electro-weak interaction mixing) and first effects of quantum gravity, caught by statistics. Money for this project should be collecting for many years.”

Apart from several minor typos and a somewhat contorted English grammar,
e.g.’ twent’ should be 20, and ‘money should be collecting’, —why and how?,
it is difficult to assess the author’s conjecture that CERN or US will build penta electron-volt accelerators over the next 20 years by reconsidering the SSC project. The funds ‘collection’ part is also rather doubtful because of the economics, and indeed, World’s energy situation falling short of being dismal at present. How will such funds be collected when, and if, the ITER efforts fail to produce anything practical or useable?

Last, but not least, not everyone shares the author’s beliefs in either the ‘little GUT’ or quantum gravity observations at ultra-high energies, such as those
specified by this ‘observation’ that seems to lack any Observation Circumstances, apart from the cancelled, or defunct SSC project.
