Observation
Others in the universe avoid the limits of serial light-speed radio, making hunting for incoming signals from another planet a futile venture. Aliens likely communicate with parallel spacetime modulations, thus avoiding the slow light speed of serial radio waves.
At quantum-high frequencies, parallel information does not propagate, it is always simultaneously here-now, for the same reasons that like atoms everywhere are identical. Parallel energy is what makes up most of what we have named “radio static” or at extremely high frequencies, “quantum fluctuations of spacetime”.
Quantum parallel radio “static” is actually highly organized information that can only be demodulated in parallel and in parallel is how the brain decodes information, and how future conscious computers will operate. This is the same static signal “heard” in the center of our brain, fluctuating at incredibly high quantum frequencies. Yet, our brain is able to correlate this noise into “thoughts” only because of its massively parallel structure.
We cannot yet build the correlator required to demodulate parallel information until technology discovers theory. Parallel reception of alien spacetime information will require a simultaneously sequential switching system, the same mechanism that allows the brain to decode the upper end of the energy spectrum, wherein dynamic images are made available to us all at once from out of the “raw static” of quantum spacetime.
And for you sci-fi fans: you will need a massively parallel “Pachinko-style” probability demodulator to detect the available images, or perhaps you could just daydream instead, it is much easier.
