In this research investigation, the author has presented a Novel Forecasting Model based on Locally Linear Transformations, Element Wise Inner Product Mapping, De-Normalization of the Normalized States Based On Magnitude Scaling for predicting the next instant of a Dynamical State given its sufficient history is known.
