One should note that Universal Culture Evolves out of Light (Being(s)) Primality’s Set Of Action Manifestations (of all possible kinds) and the Complement of the same, the Darkness (Being(s)) Primality’s Set Of Action Manifestations (of all possible kinds), while satisfying the Central Constraint that the ‘Light (Being(s)) Primality’s Set Of Action Manifestations (of all possible kinds)’ and the Complement of the same, i.e., Darkness (Being(s)) Primality’s Set Of Action Manifestations (of all possible kinds)’ are Almost the same, sans the difference in them exhibited as One being the Other’s Just One Order Lesser (and/ or Higher) Universe In Parallel of the Other. Our quest should be towards achieving this State of Primality and consequently the Culture therein. Harmony would be the Quintessence of such Universal Culture.

This can be achieved by satisfying and/ or converging to the Central Constraint that the ‘Light (Being(s)) Primality and the Complement of the same, i.e., Darkness (Being(s)) Primality are Almost the same, sans the difference in them exhibited as One being the Other’s Just One Order Lesser (and/ or Higher) Universe In Parallel of the Other.

One can note that such a ‘Universal Culture’ can be Evolved from the ‘Fundamental Axiom of Existence of ‘Mother’ Primality’ and ‘The Complementary Primality of the same’ while also satisfying the Central Constraint of Universal Culture mentioned already, i.e., ‘The Fundamental Axiom of Existence Of Mother Primality’ and the Complement of the same, i.e., The Fundamental Axiomof Non-Existence Of Mother Primality’ are Almost the same, sans the difference in them exhibited as One being the Other’s Just One Order Lesser (and/ or Higher) Universe In Parallel of the Other. Similarly, one can use ‘Father’, ‘Mother And Father’, ‘Truth’, ‘Justice’, etc for Universal Culture Engineering.

Also, one can use the Higher Up Axioms such as the One that Sustains the Truth of the aforementioned Fundamental Axioms. One can Design Universal Culture commensurate with and applicable for as many Higher Up Universes exist on the outside that Sustain the Fundamental Axioms at each Universe Level.

Note: This is also the S Intelligence.
