We now consider the Primality of any ‘Aspect’ of concern and add to it the Next Immediate Level Orthogonal Primality, i.e., the Primality that is Orthogonal to the ‘Aspect’ Primality. We can actually consider adding all such Orthogonal Primality to ‘Aspect’ Primality, Orthogonal Primality to Orthogonal Primality to ‘Aspect’ Primality, and Orthogonal Primality to Orthogonal Primality to Orthogonal Primality to ‘Aspect’ Primality, and so on, so forth, up to say, Rth Order {of Orthogonal to Orthogonal to……Orthogonal (R times) Primality of Aspect Primality (to the Aspect Primality of concern) additions}. This Operation is equivalent to Universal Natural Evolution Scheme Under Closed Environment Condition, considered Upto Rth Order. One can also consider such Evolution to Exhaustion*.

* The Level of Exhaustion is that at which we capture the Recursive Quantization Window for the Aspect of concern.
