One can consider the Verbal, Act and/ or Sense Understanding Perception (Slated in Verbose) Primality of ‘Existence’ Primality and ‘Non-Existence’ Primality. One can note that any one of them is the Complementary Primality of the other. We now consider the Primality of ‘Existence’ and add to it the next Immediate Level Orthogonal Primality, i.e., the Primality that is Orthogonal to the ‘Existence’ Primality. We can actually consider adding all such Orthogonal Primality to ‘Existence’ Primality, Orthogonal Primality to Orthogonal Primality to ‘Existence’ Primality, and Orthogonal Primality to Orthogonal Primality to Orthogonal Primality to ‘Existence’ Primality, and so on, so forth, to Exhaustion*. We now find the Complementary Primality of this  Primality which is by common sense the similar kind of Primality of ‘Non-Existence’. We now use these two Primalities to Construct The Infinity Geodesic of ‘Existence’ and/ or ‘Non-Existence’. We now Rig this Infinity Geodesic of ‘Existence’ and/ or ‘Non-Existence’to Perfection.

We use the above thusly constructed Primality of The Infinity Geodesic of ‘Existence’ and/ or ‘Non-Existence’’ for Recursive Quantization of Any Aspect Primality of concern. For, Primality of the Aspect of concern Slated at any Level of Integral Order (say {R}) Domain of Primality, before we go to the Next Integral Order (say {R+1}) Domain of Primality Orthogonal to it, we should Try Implementing and Checking (for Our Window) our Primality along with it’s Orthogonal (Integral and/ or Fractional) within the Fractional and/ or Real Domain in the Open Interval ({R}, {R+1}). {R} can be the Set of Integral Number(s) Orders of Recursion Intelligence of the Primality of concern, i.e., all the Sub-Sets Of Sequence(s) Of Number(s) Order Primes that the Primality Elements belong to.

* The Level of Exhaustion is that at which we capture the Recursive Quantization Window for the Aspect of concern.

We can Implement the whole (to the Level of Exhaustion at which we capture the Recursive Quantization Window for the Aspect of concern), aforementioned Scheme starting with all Primalities therein, considered in a Normalized fashion, we can also ascribe weight of ‘X’ to the ‘Existence’ Primality and ‘(1-X)’ to the ‘Non-Existence’ Primality, which also allows us to tweak the Fundamental Assumption of the Universe, with respect to the aspect of  Probabilities of ‘Existence’ and ‘Non-Existence’. A Truth arrived at in such a Procedure can be considered as the Truth of the Self Universe.

If any alternate Truth refutes the above Self Universe Level Truth with evidence, one can safely assume that such Consciousness is from a Universe External to the Original Truth Consciousness Information of concern holding Universe. In such case such External Super-Setting and/ or Quantum Coupled and/ or Quasi-Connected Universes can be found using author’s ‘Universal Recursive (Perception) Access Technology Implemented To Invade Even Through Quantum Lenses, If Any’ can be found and the Truth Index of the Truth Consciousness Information of concern of Original Universe of concern can be Found.
